Core workflow The system must open with a unified dashboard that instantly shows room availability, current occupancy, pending arrivals, and outstanding balances. From that same screen staff should be able to drill into a booking, check a guest in or out, collect payment, and print or email a GST-compliant invoice without jumping between modules.
