We are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer or a small engineering design office for long-term cooperation in industrial machine design.
This is not intended to be a one-time project. After successful completion of the first machine, we plan to commission further machine design projects.
The first project is a machine for laminating PE foam from a roll onto cardboard / corrugated board sheets.
The machine should be designed in two versions:
* with an automatic sheet feeder, * with manual sheet feeding.
Process: cardboard sheet enters the machine → passes through rubber or engraved/anilox glue rollers → is combined with PE foam unwound from a roll → materials are pressed together → at the end, the PE foam is automatically cut using a flying knife without stopping the machine.
Main parameters:
* working width: approx. 1200 mm, * sheet length: up to approx. 1600 mm, * cardboard thickness: approx. 2–7 mm, * PE foam thickness: approx. 0.8–2 mm, * working speed: up to approx. 10 m/min, * cold lamination using adhesive, * approximate machine dimensions: 8.8 × 2.1–2.6 × 2.5–3.0 m.
