About this role
PHP, JavaScript, Software Architecture, CRM, Salesforce.com, Email Marketing, Instagram, Social Media Management, Automation, Zapier · I need a streamlined ManyChat build that lives natively on Instagram and handles all sales-driven conversations for me. The focus is product recommendations: when someone comments on a post, replies to a Story, or sends a DM with a trigger word, the bot should guide them to the right item, capture their email, and tag them correctly for follow-up.
Here is what I’m aiming for:
• Fully mapped conversation flow in ManyChat tailored to product recommendations, complete with conditional logic, quick-reply buttons, and gallery cards. • Beehiiv integration via Zapier so every qualified lead is synced into the exact Beehiiv segment with the right tags for future newsletters. • Additional Zaps to update my CRM and ping Slack when a hot prospect completes the flow. • Clean documentation of every step so I can tweak copy or offers on my own later.
Once the automation is live, I would like ongoing help managing the socials—planning the content calendar, scheduling reels, monitoring DMs that fall outside the bot, and providing weekly performance snapshots.
