About this role

PHP, JavaScript, Software Architecture, MySQL, Web Development, API, Automation, Database Management · I’m launching Ingenifnix as a web-based solution that removes the manual pain from our inventory management. The site’s single purpose, for this first phase, is business automation: every intake, movement, reorder point and valuation report should flow through the browser without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

Here’s what I need the finished website to do: • Provide a clean, responsive interface that works just as well on a warehouse tablet as it does on a desktop. • Authenticate users securely, then show each role only the screens they need (admin, warehouse staff, finance). • Sync with our existing product database or a new one you recommend, then surface real-time stock levels, location tracking and low-stock alerts. • Fire off automated reorder e-mails or SMS when thresholds are reached. • Generate downloadable CSV/PDF reports covering valuations, movement history and out-of-stock periods. • Keep a searchable audit trail of every stock change.
