Your primary mandate is to architect production-ready Labelbox projects. That means taking my high-level objectives and translating them into well-structured queues, roles, permissions, and multi-tier workflows (T1/T2 comparison, T3 routing, QA, rework). The most critical deliverable is a set of robust project blueprints that include:

• Annotation templates that balance speed with accuracy • Task assignment rules optimised for throughput and skill-based routing • Clear, concise labeling guidelines that keep annotators aligned from day one

Once the projects are live you’ll keep ownership end-to-end:

• Maintain our secure S3 ingestion and export pipelines, validating JSON/schema on the way in and guaranteeing clean audit trails on the way out. • Automate operational dashboards and sanity checks so the team always knows where work sits, what’s blocked, and where quality slips. • Test every platform change in a staging space, monitor failures, troubleshoot integrations, and do
