Logistics Billing App Upgrade or Rebuild -- 2

I’m looking for a freelancer/developer to build a web-based logistics management system for a courier/logistics company.

The application will have approximately 29 screens/pages, including:

- Dashboard - Consignment/shipment entry - Customer & consignee management - Shipment details - Billing & invoice screens - QR code generation for consignments - Shipment tracking/status - Search, filters & data tables - Reports - User/login management - Other supporting forms and pages

Main functionality

The system should allow staff to enter a consignment, calculate/store billing details, generate a unique QR code, manage shipment information and search/view previous records.
