About this role
PHP, WordPress, CSS, HTML, Web Development, Figma, Elementor, Web Design · I manage multiple WordPress sites that rely heavily on Elementor, and the workload is steadily growing. To keep everything moving smoothly I need a dependable developer-designer who can jump in whenever a new page, layout refresh, performance tweak, or troubleshooting task arises and carry it through from concept to launch.
On a typical week you might: • Build fresh, fully responsive pages in Elementor Pro that match a Figma mock-up pixel for pixel. • Extend or tweak existing templates with custom CSS/PHP when the visual builder alone doesn’t cut it. • Optimise loading times, clean up unused plugins, and make sure Core Web Vitals stay in the green. • Keep themes, plugins, and WordPress itself updated without breaking anything, rolling back quickly if something does. • Collaborate with me in Trello or Slack, ask questions early, and hand over work with clear comments so it’s easy to maintain later.
Acceptance criteria for each task will be agreed before you start (usually a staging-site walkthrough plus a list of device breakpoints to test). I value proactive communication and realistic time estimates, and I’m happy to set up milestones for larger chunks of work or pay tas
