### Overview

I am looking for an experienced web scraper/data researcher to build a database of **Australian real estate agencies** by identifying their official websites and extracting **one director-level contact per agency**.

The objective is to create a clean, deduplicated database of agency decision-makers.

### Required Data — One Contact Per Agency

For each Australian real estate agency website, identify **one Director** or equivalent senior decision-maker and extract:

* **Agency name** * **Official agency website** * **Director's full name** * **Director's title** exactly as displayed on the website * **Director's publicly listed business email address**

Examples of acceptable titles include:

* Director * Managing Director * Company Director * Principal & Director * Director / Licensee * Owner / Director * Founder / Director

**Only one director/contact is required per agency.** Do not provide multiple contacts from the same agency unless specifically requested.
