MERN E-commerce VPS Deployment

About this role
Linux, Amazon Web Services, Node.js, VPS, Ubuntu, MongoDB, SSL, MERN · I have a fully-built MERN stack store—including a React front-end, Node/Express API, MongoDB database and live Stripe integration—sitting in a private Git repo. I now need it running smoothly on my own VPS with a real domain, free of “works-on-my-machine” surprises.
What I will hand you: • The complete source code and env template • SSH access to the VPS and DNS panel
What I need back: • React client and Express server built, served and reverse-proxied through Nginx • Environment variables, MongoDB connection and Stripe keys wired for production • PM2 (or a comparable process manager) watching the API and auto-restarting on crashes or deploys • SSL certificate (Let’s Encrypt is fine) issued and renewed automatically • End-to-end smoke test confirming checkout, user auth and catalog browsing work exactly as they do locally, with any deployment bugs patched on the spot
When you’re done, I expect to visit my domain over HTTPS, add a product to the cart, pay with Stripe’s test card and see the order appear in MongoDB—all without console errors or 502s. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
