Microsoft Power Apps Developer – Construction Site & Compliance App

I am looking for someone to build **Stage 1 of a simple Site & Compliance App** for our construction company.

I am considering Microsoft Power Apps as we already use Microsoft, however I am open to advice if there is a better or simpler option.

## Stage 1

The app needs to include:

* SWMS & Insurance Document Library** * View and email documents directly from the app * Current Projects – select the job/site when completing forms * Additional Works Form with photos and client digital signature * Generate a PDF of the completed Additional Works form * Notify the office when an Additional Works form is submitted * Basic alerts when documents are due to expire * Simple office dashboard showing expired or missing documents

The app needs to work on mobile phones, iPads/tablets and desktop.

#Who Will Use It There will be three main users: * Site Managers/Supervisors * Field Workers * Office/Admin

Different users may need different access.

For example, the office should be able to upload and replace documents (via desktop) while site employees mainly need to access the latest documents and complete site forms. (via ipad)
