The site must make it effortless for clients to understand our Partner, Family, Visitor and Citizenship visa services, then immediately book and pay for an online consultation—the single most critical function.
Core build requirements • A modern, clean interface with strong Australian imagery and consistent “Book a Consultation”, “Shop Services” and “Contact Us” calls to action. • Dual-language support (English and Farsi) implemented so that every page—especially the visa and citizenship service pages—can toggle languages without layout breakage. • Secure client portal for document upload, messaging and status updates. • E-commerce module where clients can purchase document-review packages and other fixed-fee services. • Integrated calendar, payment gateway and automated confirmations for consultations. • WhatsApp click-to-chat, phone tap-to-call and an enquiry form displayed contextually across the site. • Prominent sections for service information and descriptions on the homepage, with secondary blocks for testimonials and migration resources
