Offer services such as hair cuts and more. The core flow should feel as seamless as the big-name shopping apps: quick onboarding, clear product cards, robust search and filtering, a straightforward cart and a secure checkout.
On the seller side, I expect profile creation, inventory controls, order management and basic analytics. Buyers need order history, An admin console must give me the usual levers—user management, dispute handling, category edits - without extra engineering work every time something changes.
