About this role

JavaScript, Website Design, CSS, User Interface / IA, HTML, Web Development, Frontend Development, Web Design · I’m ready to commission a full-featured KeyTest site that looks sharp on mobile, tablet and desktop alike. The visual style should follow a dark blue-to-purple gradient, staying minimalistic and clean throughout the typing area.

Core experience • Three timed challenges: 15-, 30- and 60-second tests. • Real-time display of WPM, accuracy, error count and keystrokes as the user types. • A separate Practice mode with a one-click restart so visitors can drill without affecting their scores. • Social-media sign-in (Google, Facebook or similar) feeding a cloud-stored leaderboard that shows the day’s and all-time top scores. • Homepage hero section introducing the test and its benefits; quick navigation to Typing Test, Practice, Leaderboard, Blog and About pages. • Blog and About can be simple, static HTML for now—just match the site styling so everything feels cohesive.

Tech stack & hand-off The entire project should be built with clean, well-commented HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript; no heavy frameworks are required. I’ll need the complete, organised source code plus any asset files so I can deploy instantly or extend later.
