About this role
JavaScript, Website Design, CSS, HTML5, HTML, Figma, Adobe XD, Web Design · I’m putting together a single-page website that will inspire travellers to explore Uttar Pradesh, and I’m looking for someone who can take the concept all the way from polished mock-ups to clean, production-ready code. The overall look must be modern and sleek, with smooth transitions, generous white space and photography that really sells the state’s colour and energy.
The content flow is already mapped out: a hero banner with an arresting image and headline, followed by clearly separated blocks for popular destinations, immersive travel experiences, wildlife & nature, and must-see historical landmarks. Strategic calls-to-action should appear throughout, nudging visitors toward trip-planning tools or newsletter sign-ups. Every section has to feel intuitive on desktop, tablet and mobile, so responsive layout and touch-friendly navigation are non-negotiable.
Performance matters just as much as aesthetics. I need lightweight, semantic HTML5, modular SCSS or Tailwind (open to your preference), and unobtrusive JavaScript for any interactive elements.
