Need a WordPress Website for Our Marketing Agency (7-9 pages, all content ready)

So we're Northbridge Collective, we're a marketing agency and honestly we've been putting off getting our own website done for way too long. Now we're finally ready to get this done properly and looking for someone who knows their way around WordPress well. Quick background on where we're at right now. We already have our logo done, our brand colors and fonts are locked in, and all the copy for the website is written and ready to go. So basically you won't be starting from zero, we just need someone to take what we have and actually build it out into a real site that looks and feels professional. In terms of the vibe we're going for, we really like how agencies like Ueno, and Instrument have their sites set up. Not saying copy them or anything like that, just want that same kind of clean and modern feeling where everything just flows nice and looks put together. For pages we're thinking somewhere around 7 to 9, roughly like this: Home, About Us, Services, Case Studies or Portfolio, Team, Blog, Contact, and then maybe Careers and FAQ if it makes sense to add those too. Few things that matter to us. Site needs to load fast, needs to look
