About this role
NoSQL Couch & Mongo, MySQL, Amazon Web Services, Node.js, Express JS, PostgreSQL, Stripe, React Native, Next.js, Tailwind CSS · I’m building a full-stack product that will launch simultaneously on the web (Next.js + React + Tailwind CSS) and on native mobile (iOS and Android via React Native or Expo—open to your preferred workflow).
Core features required from day one: • Secure user authentication with profile management • Seamless Stripe payment processing, ready for subscriptions and one-off charges • Profile creation and search of individual from the built up directory
Data will live in PostgreSQL for production, though I keep a small MySQL instance for legacy import scripts, so the schema needs to remain portable between the two. Everything is hosted on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront). You’ll set up the CI/CD pipeline, handle environment variables, and make sure staging and production deployments are painless.
After launch I’d like you to stay on for iterative feature work, performance tuning, and general maintenance, so the codebase must be clean, documented, and test-covered from the outset.
