About this role
PHP, Website Design, WordPress, HTML, React.js, UI / User Interface, Web Development, Web Design · I manage several mixed-use property developments and need a reliable designer-developer to build and continuously improve our online presence. Each site must focus on lead generation, so every page should guide visitors toward a clear call-to-action while showcasing both residential and commercial units attractively.
The core build always includes: • Powerful on-site search that lets prospects filter by unit type, price, and availability • Easy-to-maintain property listing management so my team can add or edit details without touching code • Responsive contact forms tied directly to our preferred CRM or email capture tool
We will be working together long term: new projects roll out quarterly, and existing sites require fresh content, performance tweaks, and occasional redesigns. Clean code, fast load times, and an eye for modern UX are essential. WordPress + Elementor, Webflow, or a custom React front-end with a headless CMS are all acceptable as long as you can own the stack, document it, and keep it secure.
