About this role
PHP, Data Processing, Data Entry, Excel, Data Cleansing, Google Sheets, Database Design, Data Annotation · I have several online databases that contain the text information I need consolidated into a single spreadsheet. I will supply the URLs (and, where necessary, login details) together with a simple column-mapping guide. Your task is to pull the required text fields—nothing numeric—into my template, keep the headers intact, and return the finished file in both Excel (.xlsx) and Google Sheets formats.
Accuracy matters more than speed, though I would like the first draft within three days so I can spot-check before you finalise. Basic clean-up is expected: trim extra spaces, normalise capitalisation where obvious, and remove duplicate records. If you know a quick formula or Google Apps Script that prevents future duplication, feel free to add it; just document what you did in a notes tab.
Deliverable • Completed spreadsheet (Excel + Google Sheets) containing every requested text field, formatted as per the template and ready for immediate use.
