PHP, C# Programming, Software Architecture, Microsoft Access, Software Development, Data Management · I need a straightforward piece of software that lets me store and maintain my product inventory, then quickly generate clear, well-formatted reports from that data. The core requirement is solid data management: products must be added, edited, and removed with full audit history, and every change should instantly reflect in the reporting module.
Key functionality • Inventory database – items, quantities, SKUs, categories, suppliers, and cost/price fields. • Reporting engine – on-demand and scheduled export (PDF and CSV) covering stock on hand, low-stock alerts, and valuation summaries.
I’m flexible on tech stack; pick the language, framework, or platform you are most productive with, provided the final deliverable runs reliably on a standard Windows or browser-based environment and can be handed over with source code and setup instructions.
Acceptance criteria 1. Add/edit/delete product screens work without errors. 2. Reports match sample layouts I’ll supply and can be regenerated after each inventory change. 3. Clean, well-commented code and a short README for deployment.
