About this role

Python, Data Processing, Excel, Software Architecture, PDF, Data Extraction, Data Analysis, Data Management · I have a collection of PDFs that contain mixed alphanumeric fields laid out in standard form-style boxes (not tables or free-flowing text). I need every field from each PDF moved into an organised Excel workbook, split logically across multiple sheets so the information remains easy to filter and analyse.

Your task is straightforward: • Parse every text and number exactly as it appears in the forms. • Preserve field names and original order. • Place related groups of fields on their own worksheet so the file is immediately usable for reporting.

Accuracy is critical—no missing characters, no transposed numbers. You are free to automate with Python (camelot, tabula-py, pdfplumber, pandas) or any equivalent tool; all I care about is a clean, verified workbook I can trust.

I will supply sample PDFs for you to test your extraction approach, then the full batch. Once I confirm the sample sheet matches the originals perfectly, you can run the remaining files and deliver the final .xlsx.

Let me know your estimated turnaround time and the method you plan to use.
