PDF Tables & Text to Excel

About this role
Python, Data Processing, Data Entry, Excel, PDF, Data Extraction, Data Analysis, Data Management · I have a collection of digital PDFs with embedded text that contain both narrative paragraphs and structured tables. I need every word and every cell transferred accurately into an Excel workbook, while keeping the original table layouts intact.
Please place the contents of each source file on its own worksheet and name the tab after the corresponding PDF, so it’s easy for me to trace where the data came from later. Narrative text can sit above the tables or directly below them—whichever keeps the sheet clear and readable—as long as nothing is omitted.
Deliverables • One .xlsx file with a separate, clearly-named sheet for every PDF • All tables reproduced with the same column order and headings • All non-table text included and legible • No hidden rows, merged cells that break sorting, or formatting that prevents quick filtering
I’ll spot-check for 100 % accuracy before sign-off, so please run your own quality pass first. If you work with Python (pandas, tabula-py, camelot) or Adobe automation, feel free to use them—what matters is a clean, faithful transfer from PDF to Excel.
