About this role
PHP, JavaScript, Website Design, Sales, Node.js, Web Development, Lead Generation, Business Development · I'm looking for a lead generation specialist who works strictly on a performance basis. No advance payment, no retainer, no monthly charges — you earn only when a lead you bring in converts and pays.
What I need: Someone who can find, approach, and convert genuine leads for my freelance web development and AI/ML development services. You handle the entire process — prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing — right up until the client makes payment. Once the client pays, your commission is released.
Leads should be businesses or individuals genuinely looking to build a website, web app, AI-powered product, or automation solution.
