About this role
PHP, JavaScript, Mobile App Development, HTML5, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, Psychometric Testing, User Research · I’m ready to launch a concise personality assessment for prospective customers and need an expert who can take the idea from concept to a fully deployable digital experience—fast. You’ll craft the question set, scoring logic, and outcome narratives, then build everything inside a user-friendly tool such as Typeform, Fillout, Jotform, or any similar no-code platform so I can share a single link and start collecting data immediately.
Because this is a personality assessment, I’m counting on your prior experience designing validated questionnaires and translating them into clean, mobile-responsive forms. The finished assessment must automatically calculate each participant’s result, display a clear personality profile on completion, and record every response in a downloadable report or connected spreadsheet for later analysis.
Acceptance criteria • 12–20 well-structured questions with clear scoring logic • Branded, mobile-ready form hosted in a no-code app/tool • Instant on-screen result plus emailed summary to respondent • Real-time data capture with export to CSV/Google Sheets • Delivery of admin access and a brief hand-off video or guide
