Actively promote company products within the designated territory, establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with medical institutions, and ensure the achievement of all assigned work objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
**Territory Objectives**
- Achieve work objectives for designated products within the assigned territory while effectively utilizing resources and controlling expenses. - Develop and implement visit plans for medical institutions in accordance with company-mandated coverage and frequency requirements. - Utilize appropriate promotional techniques and product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including addressing inquiries) to ensure medical institutions understand and accept product characteristics. - Maintain a high standard of professional visits, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and build long-term, positive cooperative relationships. - Identify existing market potential and continuously develop new market opportunities to ensure the successful completion of work goals. - Execute company market development strategies and plans, and complete new product listing plans. - Organize specialized academic activities to promote products in line with company promotional strategies.
**Territory Management**
- Establish territory goals and plans through effective management to achieve expected results and develop potential markets within the jurisdiction. - Create, update, and maintain detailed and accurate records of medical institutions, using this data to develop action plans, schedule visits, and maximize time efficiency. - Regularly analyze territory conditions to identify high-potential markets as key areas for development. - Provide timely information to medical and pharmacy staff regarding services, products, pricing, supply channels, and market developments. - Track and understand clinical product demand to ensure reasonable inventory levels and prevent stockouts. - Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial departments to maintain strong business relationships with hospital experts to support successful bidding and inclusion in medical insurance formularies. - Monitor competitor activities and products, collect market intelligence, report findings to supervisors, and provide relevant recommendations. - Complete all reports accurately and on time. - Use company expenses and resources effectively and reasonably.
**Product Knowledge**
- Master comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure promotional messaging remains consistent with the company's marketing department. - Continuously study and become proficient in the flexible application of product-related materials. - Fully utilize additional materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion. - Read relevant medical journals, articles, and reports related to the products. - Maintain knowledge of competitor products.
**Professional Conduct**
- Ensure strict compliance with all company SOPs, financial policies, and compliance requirements during daily work and product promotion, ensuring behavior aligns with company ethical standards and principles. - Maintain a professional image, adhere to dress codes, and ensure conduct meets company standards. - Demonstrate dedication and active engagement in professional responsibilities.
**Teamwork**
- Actively participate in team activities. - Share information, exchange ideas, and support colleagues to foster individual and team growth. - Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
**Requirements:**
**Education**
- Associate degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience as a hospital pharmaceutical representative; experience with multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
