We are looking for a highly proactive Project Manager to lead our Development & Operations Center. This is NOT a simple project management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, improving operations, implementing AI, and growing with a long-term company. Your Mission Your primary objective is to transform Blumark24 into an AI-First company where repetitive work is automated and management focuses on quality, growth, and decision-making. Responsibilities - Lead internal projects from planning to execution. - Implement AI-powered workflows. - Build and manage WhatsApp AI solutions. - Automate social media operations. - Build AI workflows for content creation, scheduling, images, videos and reels. - Improve internal operations using AI. - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Coordinate with designers, developers and freelancers. - Build scalable systems. - Continuously improve productivity and efficiency.
