About this role
PHP, Website Design, User Interface / IA, eCommerce, Usability Testing, HTML, Web Development, Website Optimization, User Experience Research, Web Design · I need a fresh set of eyes to walk through my online store and tell me, candidly, where the experience shines and where it stumbles. The emphasis is on two areas:
• Usability of the website – Ease of navigation – Loading speed – Search functionality
• User Interface design – Layout and organization – Visual appeal
Here is how it will work:
1. I send you a custom link to the store along with two simple tasks (e.g., locate a product, reach the checkout page). 2. You take notes while you perform the tasks—no more than 15 minutes total. 3. You deliver a short write-up highlighting the points above, with at least one practical suggestion per issue you spot.
