Must be built using ready-made Flutter App source code and WooCommerce + Dokan Multi-Vendor setup for quick deployment. Key Requirements: App & Website: Android App (.apk/.aab) ready for Google Play Store + Responsive Website for Mobile & Desktop. Automated Shipping: Shiprocket / Pickrr API integration for auto courier pickup, label generation, and live order tracking. Automated Payments & Split: Razorpay / Paytm integration with Razorpay Route or Dokan Auto Payout (Auto-split Admin Commission and Vendor Share). Free Delivery Setup: System should automatically add Courier Charges (e.g. ₹80) + Admin Commission (10%) to the vendor's product base price and display "FREE Delivery" to customers. Customer & Vendor Panel: Customer app with order cancellation/refund feature + Vendor dashboard + Super Admin panel.
