PHP, JavaScript, Software Architecture, Google App Engine, Google Sheets, Automation, Zapier, Make.com · I want to stitch together a lightweight but reliable workflow that starts the moment a payment hits Razorpay and ends with smooth internal and external communication. Here’s what I need put in place:
• Connect Razorpay to Google Sheets through either Make.com or Zapier so each successful payment immediately logs a clean, structured row. • Use that same trigger to generate a personalised PDF certificate; Canva API or Google Slides API are both fine—choose whichever lets you merge dynamic data and branded design most efficiently. • Deliver that certificate to the user on both WhatsApp and Email without me having to touch a thing. • Create a simple GPS-enabled photo-upload form for field workers; I’m open to either AppSheet or a Google Form plus Apps Script if it keeps the setup lean. • From the master Google Sheet, launch an automated CSR pitching email sequence that can be edited by my team and tracks basic metrics (opens, replies, bounces).
Acceptance will be based on live tests: a dummy Razorpay payment should fill the Sheet, fire the certificate, send it over WhatsApp and Email, and kick off the CSR email flow while logging each step for easy troubleshooting. If you’ve
