About this role
JavaScript, SQL, Software Testing, Bootstrap, Git, Web Development, Frontend Development, Documentation, MongoDB, API Development · I need a fully-responsive e-commerce website for selling electronics, built with a React front end and a Node.js back end. The core features are:
• Secure login and sign-up (JWT or similar) • Product catalogue with search, filter, and pagination • Checkout flow with at least credit/debit-card processing—if adding PayPal or bank transfer is straightforward we can include those as well • Order confirmation emails and basic invoice PDF • Admin panel to add, edit, and retire products, track orders, and update stock in real time
Please structure the app so the UI, API, and database layers are cleanly separated; I’ll be hosting on a standard VPS. Mobile-first styling (Bootstrap, Material UI or Tailwind is fine) is essential, and the code should be pushed to a private Git repo I provide.
Timeline is tight—everything needs to be delivered, tested, and deploy-ready within 10 calendar days. I can release the ₹10,000 budget in two milestones: 40 % on completion of the basic storefront and auth flow, 60 % on final hand-off with docs.
