PHP, Project Management, Data Entry, Research, Compliance, Customer Service, Account Management, Administrative Support, English Translation · I need a detail-oriented professional who can take the company documents I will email you and you can complete every step of our online registration with both government and private portals in Saudi Arabia. The paperwork is ready; what I lack is someone who understands the different e-services, knows where each form goes, and can steer the application through to final approval without constant hand-holding.
You will log in, upload the files, fill out forms accurately, handle any one-time password or Absher-style verification I forward, and then follow up until each platform confirms we are active and approved. Typical portals include Ministry of Commerce, GOSI, Qiwa, ZATCA, Etimad, and leading private vendor networks that construction firms must join, but I am open to your guidance on anything I may have missed.
Deliverables (all digital): • Screenshot or PDF evidence of successful registration on every agreed portal • Any access credentials or reference numbers created in the process • Brief handover note listing renewal dates or next actions, if any
