PHP, WordPress, MySQL, HTML, Website Management, Email Marketing, WooCommerce, SMTP · My WordPress-based store at renalab.net has suddenly stopped sending the automatic email we normally receive each time an order is placed. Everything else on the site is working smoothly, so I just need this single function brought back.
You can dig into WooCommerce first—it was the original checkout system—yet feel free to trace the problem through any mail-handling plugin, SMTP settings, or server configuration that might be blocking or failing to trigger the message. I will give you full admin and cPanel access so you can test, adjust settings, and run email logs.
Acceptance criteria • Admin notification email fires immediately after a live or test order • Email lands reliably in the inbox, not spam • No other site functionality is disrupted during the fix
