The site has to feel welcoming to equestrians while still handling the practical tasks of my business.
Core objectives • Seamlessly connect the website with our existing Facebook and Instagram pages so new posts and photos appear in both directions without extra work. • Offer an immersive, interactive facility tour—panoramas or 360° video—so prospects can “walk the barn” before they call. • Host legal boarding agreements in a secure, digital, sign-and-pay format. Once signed, the form should trigger an invoice through QuickBooks Online, allowing clients to set up monthly auto-pay for stall rent. • Provide a simple dashboard where I can publish or embed articles and videos—whether they come from my own content writer or trusted equine news sites. • Install visitor analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4 with enhanced tracking or a comparable tool) and a Facebook/Instagram pixel so I can see who drops by even if they never fill out a form. • Build on a platform that lets me expand later with testimonials or photo gall
