About this role
Usability Testing, UX / User Experience, Mobile App Testing, App Usability Analysis, Competitor Analysis, User Experience Research, UX Research · Overview: SAS is a new mobile app (iOS + Android, launching this week) that guides homeowners in Kuwait through their entire home-building journey — from permits to key handover. Core features: a construction cost estimator, step-by-step educational guidance, project & expense tracking, a building-materials marketplace, and water-tanker ordering. The app is Arabic-first (RTL) and targets Kuwaiti homeowners aged 25–55 who are building or planning to build a private home.
Objective: Identify usability problems in the core user journeys before our full marketing launch, and deliver a prioritized, actionable list of fixes. We want evidence (recordings + metrics), not opinions — and we expect you to go beyond finding problems: tell us what would make users love this app, not just tolerate it.
Scope — 6 journeys to test:
First-time onboarding & account creation Using the cost estimator (inputs → estimated cost result) Creating a project + logging an expense with an invoice photo Browsing the marketplace, adding materials to cart, reaching checkout Ordering a water tanker (instant order + subscription flow) Finding and starting the educational content for the user's current build stage
