About this role
PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Web Development, Frontend Development, Vue.js, Database Management · I need a clean, mobile-friendly online registration form built and embedded into my website so visitors can submit their details with zero friction. Once the form is live, every submission should be captured automatically in a format I can download or view online—Google Sheets, Airtable, or a simple database connection all work for me as long as the data stays organised.
Key expectations • A single, responsive page or modal that matches my site’s look and feel • Standard client-side controls to prevent empty fields and obvious typos (think basic email or phone checks) • Clear success / error messages so users know their registration went through • Simple admin access to view, search, and export entries
If you already have favourite libraries or frameworks—React, Vue, plain HTML/CSS/JS—feel free to suggest what you think is quickest and most reliable. I’m open to your recommendation on where to host the script and store the data.
