The same build must ship to both the Apple App Store and Google Play so every officer, manager, and client can use a single code-base on iOS or Android.
Core workflow • Security officers will clock in at the start of their tour, clock out at the end, and have their total weekly hours calculated automatically. • Hourly security checks are scheduled in advance; if one is missed I need an instant push notification. • While on site, officers write reports, attach multiple photos directly from the device camera, and submit them in real time. • A built-in internal mail system lets officers, managers, and clients message each other without leaving the app.
Geofence engine The system must 1) trigger alerts when officers leave designated areas, 2) log each officer’s location at regular intervals, and 3) notify us the moment they enter or exit a defined zone. Accuracy and battery efficiency are both critical.
