Everything is in place—provably fair game logic, payment integrations, admin dashboard, clean UI/UX, and documented code—so the new owner can re-brand and go live immediately.
I now need a business broker to secure a buyer as quickly as possible. The field is wide open: an individual investor, an existing gambling-site operator, or even a tech company could all be the right fit. Your role is to identify qualified prospects, present the asset persuasively, negotiate terms, and guide us through closing without delay.
Deliverables • Vetted list of serious prospects and their profiles • Tailored sales collateral (pitch deck / executive summary) leveraging the material I provide • End-to-end negotiation support through LOI and final contract • Coordination of asset transfer (domain, codebase, servers, documentation)
Acceptance Criteria • Signed sales agreement at or above the mutually agreed price • Seamless hand-off of all digital assets to the buyer
