Senior AWS & API Engineer Needed

You will be responsible for designing versioned SQL relational schemas, writing automated web scraping pipelines for government legal portals, and delivering high-throughput calculation REST APIs for B2B HR and LegalTech clients. Key Responsibilities  Database & Schema Architecture: Design relational database schemas in Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL) to store versioned statutory rules, effective dates, contribution brackets, and legal citations.   Automated Ingestion Pipelines: Build scheduled web crawlers and scrapers using Python (BeautifulSoup/Scrapy/Playwright) on AWS Lambda triggered by Amazon EventBridge to monitor changes in DOLE orders and government gazettes.   Stateless API Microservices: Develop low-latency REST/GraphQL statutory calculation engines (Final Pay, 13th Month, BIR withholding) using Node.js (Express/Fastify) or Python (FastAPI) deployed on AWS App Runner or AWS Fargate (ECS).   API Management & Security: Configure Amazon API Gateway for API key management, rate limiting, usage tracking, CORS policies,
