⭐️ Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced backend engineer with a strong background in C# to join our rapidly growing .NET startup. As a member of our team, you’ll play a critical role in enabling teams across the organization to achieve operational efficiency and excellence. You’ll drive continuous improvements in shared tools, infrastructure, and practices that scale our development efforts.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

• Build and maintain foundational tools that streamline feature squad workflows, enabling faster, safer development across the platform.

• Guide our transition to a microservices architecture by leading the migration of remaining monolithic components

• Ensure robust test coverage (unit and integration) for critical services to support continuous delivery and operational stability.

• Shape the platform’s architecture by actively participating in technical discussions and decision-making.

• Improve CI/CD artifacts to support squad efficiency and ensure seamless deployment processes.

• Apply best practices to refine existing code, making it more efficient, secure, and maintainable.

• Propose initiatives and design solutions to drive improvements within the squad, seeing them through to implementation.

• Improve our observability capabilities to support the continuity and health of the different platform’s domains.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

• Minimum of 5 years in backend development with 2+ years in C# and .NET Core.

• Strong skills in REST APIs, Core, and related technologies.

• Proficiency with unit testing, integration testing, and SOLID principles.

• Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design and architectural impact.

• Experience with Entity Framework and MSSQL.

• Experience working with Entity Framework & MSSQL.

• Excellent analytical skills to understand complex code and its architectural implications.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively across teams.

• Knowledge use of DevOps tech. (K8s, Docker, Helm, GCP, ...).
