About the company:
We're building a next-generation AI-powered contact center where voice and chat agents can have natural, intelligent conversations at global scale.
We are looking for a Sr. UX/UI Designer to help shape the experience of our AI platform from dashboards and agent configuration to the everyday workspace used by contact-center teams.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to turn complex AI capabilities into simple, useful, and intuitive experiences. You’ll work hands-on in Figma, contribute to our design system, collaborate with frontend engineers, and help ensure that what we design works beautifully in production.
What You'll Do
• Design user experiences and interfaces across Company's web applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Design dashboards, analytics, admin tools, and data-heavy interfaces.
• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile where appropriate.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system, including components, states, variables, and design tokens.
• Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Design empty, loading, success, error, and edge-case states.
• Consider accessibility, keyboard navigation, contrast, and usability throughout the design process.
• Review production implementations and continuously improve the product experience.
Who You Are
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• A portfolio demonstrating real digital product work.
• Strong practical knowledge of Figma.
• Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable designing complex interfaces rather than only marketing websites.
• Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, admin tools, or other productivity-focused applications is a plus.
• Able to think systematically and create reusable design patterns.
• Comfortable collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Understands responsive design and modern web interfaces.
• Familiar with accessibility fundamentals.
• Able to communicate design decisions clearly and confidently.
• Self-directed, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, particularly experience designing RTL & LTR interfaces if needed.
• Based in Riyadh or able to work remotely with strong overlap with GMT+3.
