I want the entire experience lifted so merchants instantly understand findings, enjoy using the tool, and can actually find it when they search online.
Redesign scope • User interface – fresh, modern visuals that reinforce trust and work flawlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. • User experience – simplified navigation, clearer report hierarchy, friction-free input fields, and an intuitive results page so “next steps” are obvious. • Functionality – any code adjustments needed to support the new UX, plus light new features where they eliminate extra clicks or confusion.
Primary objective Usability comes first. I’m looking for tangible improvements in task completion time, bounce rate, and overall satisfaction once the new version is live.
Search visibility After launch I want the tool to surface naturally when merchants search for “Shopify store audit”, “theme performance check” and related phrases on Google and Yahoo. Expect on-page and technical SEO (schema, speed optimisation, internal linking), followed by an initial backlink plan to
