PHP, Python, Software Architecture, ERP, Shopify, PostgreSQL, Odoo, API, Database Management, API Development · I’m ready to connect my existing Shopify store with our Odoo (sh) so that every part of our multichannel operation—Website, in-store POS, and CRM—runs from a single source of truth.
Inventory & stock • Real-time stock synchronisation between Shopify and Odoo, including multi-location levels. • Automated replenishment rules pulled from Odoo so low-stock items in Shopify trigger purchase/ manufacturing orders. • Inventory reporting inside Odoo that reflects all sales activity, including POS transactions.
Sales channels Both the online storefront and the physical POS need to push orders straight into Odoo Sales while updating customers and payments automatically. CRM records must be created or updated at the same time.
Website-specific needs • Full order-management loop: confirmed orders arrive in Odoo, fulfilment updates return to Shopify and notify customers. • Product-catalogue syncing: titles, descriptions, images, variants, and prices flow bi-directionally. • Customer data syncing: names, emails, addresses, and purchase history align in both systems. • Inventory views on the site must always reflect Odoo’s live quantities.
