About this role
PHP, Website Design, SEO, eCommerce, HTML, Web Development, Payment Gateway Integration, Shopify Development · I’m ready to launch a full-featured e-commerce store on Shopify and need a developer who can take the project from blank theme to live, fully transacting site.
Scope of work • Design or customise a responsive Shopify theme that matches my brand style. • Configure core store settings, collections, and up to 30 sample products so I can see everything working in context. • Integrate a reliable payment gateway— razorpay is my current preferences. • Set up real-time shipping integration so customers see accurate rates at checkout and I can print labels directly from the admin. I currently ship via shiprocket, so please make sure both services are connected and tested. • Optimise basic SEO elements (titles, meta, alt tags) during the build so the site is launch-ready. • Walk me through the Shopify admin before hand-off and supply concise documentation covering theme edits, product uploads, and order processing.
Acceptance criteria The site must: 1. Process a live $1 test order with both payment methods. 3. Load in under three seconds on desktop (Shopify speed score 80+). 4. Have no console errors on the final QA pass.
