About this role
JavaScript, CSS, Animation, HTML5, HTML, Web Development, CSS3, Web Design · I’m looking to launch a clean, modern real-estate site that presents both residential and commercial listings with a touch of motion to keep visitors engaged. The build is small in scope—just three pages—but I want the experience to feel polished:
• Home page: a full-width hero that slides in key messages, plus subtle loading animation while images prepare in the background. • Property listings: grid or card layout where each property reveals extra details on hover. • Contact us: straightforward form, again with light slide-in transitions so the page never feels static.
All animations should stay elegant—slide-in transitions for sections, hover effects for property cards, and a minimal loading indicator between page changes. Responsiveness is essential; I expect smooth behaviour on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Hand-code in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript or a lightweight framework of your choice—just keep the code well-commented so I can update content later.
