About this role
PHP, Website Design, HTML, Xero, API Integration, AI Chatbot Development, AI Development, AI Automation · I’m ready to deploy an end-to-end AI agent that runs our day-to-day workflow across three core pillars:
• Sales and Marketing – the agent must autonomously handle lead generation, craft and schedule email campaigns, and keep our social channels active with targeted posts. • Customer Relationship Management – it should field routine support questions, guide new clients through onboarding steps, and collect feedback after every interaction to refine our offerings. • Finance & Accounting – I need basic bookkeeping, invoice creation, payment reminders, and weekly cash-flow snapshots automatically compiled and surfaced on a simple dashboard.
Tech-wise I’m open, but prefer a modular stack that lets us plug GPT-4 (or equivalent LLM), vector search, Zapier/Make for SaaS integrations, plus Stripe, QuickBooks and HubSpot APIs where relevant. A no-code UI for quick rule tweaks would be ideal.
