Smart Grocery Manager App

PHP, Java, Mobile App Development, Android, PostgreSQL, Kotlin, Flutter, REST API · I’m ready to move from sketches to a working, production-ready Grocery Management application that runs smoothly on Android devices and in any modern web browser.

Here is the core scope: • Users must be able to register, sign in and manage their own data, so please include a secure account system with email/password (social login is a plus but optional). • The heart of the product is a dynamic shopping-list creator. Items can be added manually or through real-time barcode scanning—on Android via the camera and on web via webcam or manual barcode entry. • After items are saved, the app should suggest recipes that intelligently use what’s already on hand; a simple rule-based engine is fine to start, as long as the data model keeps the door open for future machine-learning enhancements.

Deliverables I expect: 1. Android APK plus full source (Kotlin or Flutter preferred, but I’m flexible). 2. Responsive web app (React, Vue or similar) deployed to a test URL. 3. Shared backend (cloud-hosted PostgreSQL or Firebase) with well-documented REST or GraphQL API powering accounts, lists, barcodes and recipes. 4.
