I am looking for an experienced **Android app developer** to build a professional staff-management and lead-distribution application for my service business **Plyfix**.

The main purpose of the app is to automatically send a new customer/service lead to the **nearest available staff member** based on their live GPS location.

## Core Feature: Smart Nearby Lead Assignment

When a new lead is created, the admin will enter the customer's:

**Name + Mobile Number + Service Required + Lead Location**

The system will automatically identify available staff members around that location.

### Lead distribution logic

**Stage 1 – 2 KM Radius**

The system searches for available staff within **2 KM** of the customer's location.

All eligible nearby staff receive a notification such as:

> New Plyfix Lead > Plumbing Service Required > Location: Raj Nagar > Distance: 1.2 KM > Estimated earning: ₹XXX > **Accept Lead**

The first eligible staff member who accepts the lead gets the job.

### Stage 2 – Expand to 4 KM
