1. SmartGrid Apprenticeship Academy Workflow

We need a complete online enrollment and applicant-management system for our electrical apprenticeship program.

The workflow should be:

Landing Page → Application → Applicant Profile → Document Upload → Application Review → Approval/Denial → Enrollment → Tuition/Payment Setup → Apprentice Dashboard → Program Tracking

Applicants should be able to:

* Complete an online apprenticeship application * Create an account/profile * Upload required documents such as ID, resume, certifications, etc. * Select available program/cohort options * Receive automatic email/SMS confirmations and status updates * Receive an acceptance/enrollment offer if approved * Electronically sign enrollment documents * Pay tuition, registration fees, or select an available financing/payment option * Access a student/apprentice dashboard after enrollment * View documents, payment status, announcements, and program information
