Square Event Calendar Sync

PHP, JavaScript, Website Design, HTML, API, Documentation, Event Management, Workflow Automation · I maintain a Square-hosted events site that I use strictly for promoting our garden workshops and team-building sessions. My challenge is keeping the event calendar on Square perfectly up to date whenever something changes. I now want those same updates reflected on all other places we list activities so visitors never see conflicting dates or details.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Audit the current Square calendar and identify the best way to publish its data externally—whether that’s through the built-in iCal feed, Square APIs, or another reliable method. • Configure or script the solution so that any new event I add, edit, or delete on Square is mirrored outside of it with the same title, time, description, location, and ticket link. • Document the workflow clearly so I can repeat basic tasks myself.

Success is simple: create, edit, and delete a test event on Square and watch every change appear exactly the same everywhere else, with no manual double-entry required.
