Founded in 2016, we're a remote-first company of 60+ people across 14+ countries. We collaborate across time zones, support customers around the world, and enjoy the flexibility that comes with remote work.

If you're looking for a place where you can take ownership, move quickly, and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role:

Our Lead Product Designer is going on sabbatical, so we're hiring a Senior Product Designer to keep momentum on our roadmap. This is a hands-on individual contributor role . You'll own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. This is not a people management position.

Over the next 6 months, you'll work on:

• Redesigning core product workflows (starting with chat)

• Building reporting and measurement experiences using Meta and TikTok Ads data

• Designing interaction patterns for upcoming AI-assisted and agentic features

📍You must be within CET ±2 hours

⏰This is a full time role with a flexible schedule, you must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.

Who we are looking for

• 5+ years of Product Design experience.

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.

• Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites.

• Experience working within an established design system.

• Strong interaction and visual design skills.

• Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team.

• Clear written communication and documentation skills.

• Experience handing off designs to engineering.

• Experience conducting usability testing.

Nice to have:

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

• Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

• Exposure to AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product design from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

• Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma.

• Own a defined area of the roadmap across our Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.

• Work within and evolve our existing design system.

• Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers and two Product Designers in an async environment.

• Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback.

• Run lightweight usability testing when needed.
