**Project Overview**
I am building a Lead-to-Enrollment Automation System for study abroad consultancies. The goal is to automate student lead management, qualification, WhatsApp communication and counselor follow-ups.
I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can build a working MVP that can later be customized for multiple clients.
**Key Requirements**
- Build automation workflows using n8n. - Integrate WhatsApp Business API for automated replies. - Capture leads from one source, such as Meta Lead Ads or a website form. - Store leads in Google Sheets or a database. - Automate student qualification using configurable rules. - Assign leads to counselors and send notifications. - Automate consultation booking and reminders. - Create a basic lead tracking dashboard. - Include error handling, duplicate prevention and human handoff.
**Preferred Skills**
- n8n, APIs and webhooks. - WhatsApp Business API integration. - Google Sheets and CRM integrations. - AI/LLM integration where required. - Workflow testing, deployment and documentation.
**Deliverables**
- Fully working and tested MVP. - All workflow
